Storefronts done right are an amazing work of art. With hundreds, if not thousands, of people walking by
any given shop, it undoubtedly is quite a challenge to constantly create creative and enticing window
displays that can capture the imagination of the passerby.
It's an interesting concept. A space no more that 10 feet by 10 feet represents only a small fraction
of a store in space but represents the entire store in imagery. Anybody ever seen the 80's movie,
"Mannequin"?
Mannequin the Movie, 1987.
Here is a creative storefront, designed by design house, Sosolimited, for the HBO Store in New York.
Infrared sensors detect how close passerbys are to the display window, and then turn on fan vents to blow
snow to match their position. An interactive storefront of Christmas snow. Watch the video to see how it
works. Enjoy:
-Tenkaippin! I'm a forever-fan. Since the days of their Waikiki shop, till thee end o' time. A-set (fried rice) Asari.
- Spending time with Family. Enjoying the little things. Picking flowers and painting. Laying around laughing till
it hurts.
-More salmon pink skies
-Downtown at night in light rain. After being in Los Angeles for over a year, you grow to appreciate the light
island rain.
-Manifest, for Superhandsome Saturnights w/ Delve in China Town. Super chill + great music. I love this spot.

North Pacific Storms + Giant Wave Trains
Tuesday's morning newspaper in Hawaii.
For those in Hawaii, this macker of a swell is producing some fine wrap at the most unexpected spots
around the islands. For those on the West Coast, these same swell trains will be lighting up the likes of
Rincon and great NW point breaks in a matter of three days.
3. Blue skies and the use of only boardshorts (vs. wetsuits) in December.
4. The most beautiful skies and pastel sunsets.
Hawaii, we love you!

Spent the day down on the East side of Oahu. You can see the sandbar in the first photo, if you look close
enough. It was somewhat of a gloomy day today, but still nice and relaxing.
